I was honored to get the question if I wanted to design Christmas stamps for the Swedish Postal Service, Postnord, this year. It has been a long-standing dream for me to design stamps and I can now proudly say that this is my third, and biggest by far, stamp project that has kept me busy for the first half of the year, drawing frosty florals, kitschy decorations, yummy foods and sweet scenes in Santaville. All to the tunes of Christmas tunes, of course. The project features a pretty mistletoe-bedazzled envelope, a gingerbread postal stamp, a colorful winter floral stamp and also a stamp set of ten that each works as its little own story but together form a larger Christmas village landscape, almost like an advent calendar but in stamp form. I also made illustrations for gift boxes and bags, the Christmas campaign, Christmas cards and digital cards.
